This site presents the services of SysAdmin On Demand. Its content is provided for information only and does not constitute a contractual agreement.
Services
Services (system administration, cybersecurity, digital forensics, emergency response) are described indicatively. The actual scope of each engagement, deliverables, timeline, and cost are defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) attached to our Master Service Agreement.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, visuals, logo) belongs to SysAdmin On Demand. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
Liability
Information published on this site is provided as is, without warranty of completeness or currency. General advice published here (including incident first-response reflexes) does not replace an assessment specific to your environment.
Applicable law
This site and any agreement arising from it are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act. Any dispute relating to the site or our services falls under the jurisdiction of the Québec courts. This does not prevent a consumer from applying to the authorities of their place of residence in Québec or from relying on the rights granted by the Consumer Protection Act, rights that cannot be waived (CPA, s. 262; Civil Code, art. 3149). If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The French version of these conditions prevails over the English version.
