Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (s. 3.1), the owner of SysAdmin On Demand acts as the person responsible for the protection of personal information. For any question or access/correction request: [email protected] or 514-532-0863.
Information we collect
Our contact form collects only what you send us: name, email address, company name (optional), and your message. We use no advertising trackers and sell no personal information. And no, we don't drop any cookies on your device. Biscuits are for coffee breaks.
Use and retention
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare an engagement. In line with the limited-retention principle (Act, s. 9.1), it is kept at most 12 months after our last exchange, then destroyed, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Sharing with third parties
The form is delivered through a form provider (Web3Forms), which processes submissions on our behalf to forward them to us by email. Before any personal information is communicated outside Québec, we verify that the protection it receives is equivalent to what Québec requires (Act, s. 17). No other third party has access, except where required by law.
Your rights
In accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as modernized by Law 25, you may request access to your personal information, request its correction, or withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with our privacy officer. Write to [email protected]: we respond within 30 days at most. You may also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Security
Information you transmit is treated as confidential from the first contact. The technical and organizational measures applicable to engagements are detailed in our service agreement and the mutual NDA.
